I got a flight ticket affordable and the last time that I got a ticket from them works so good to me so that's why I book another flight with them again and because it's easier and they let you know what is included in your ticket so you don't have to be worried about it
It was difficult to wade through all the "airport options" to find my San Jose trip. I found it difficult or impossible to exit that window. I was tired and didn't want to wade through all the extra options.
You already choose the flexible option without me doing it and therefore charging me something that I didn't want it. On top of that it wasn't easy to theorically solve that. I hope I see my money soon. This is such a theft.
As soon as i swiped my card fot this fare with the understanding of a decent route, i was notified a four flights each way from MSY to CDG with extended wait time. On top of that dozens of emails to confuse the customer instead pf focusing on the essential infos. Ended sleeping overnight at boston airport. Frankly if this company was trying to provide me w a flawless 1 st time experience. They totally failed and i won't require their services in the futur.
At the last moment during booking they increase the price due to 'sudden demand'.
Just bad business practice. Nice way to piss off your customers. Will try to avoid using this ap and only as a last resort.
We found the flight on Google and proceeded to book it through MyTrip. Everything looked fine and the price was as advertised on Google - right up till the end after entering my credit card details when a message popped up saying there would be a $40 price increase due to higher demand. This is so sneaky but we were at the end of a long process of searching, selecting and buying it that I did not have the resolve to cancel it - which is probably what you intended. I would be interested how many other customers of yours experience that. This petty situation has ruined your brand name in my eyes and I will not be using you again.
So i spent a hour trying book because it would not let me proceed and when i finally got to the end it it said it timed out and the price went up. So i cancelled it on bing and said i will never use my trip again. I went to momondo and found the two flights same price as before the increase. I clicked to book and my trip came up.I almost gave up and told my wife lets just go to another country I don't want to use this company. She said lets try to do it again.maybe we can do it quicker now we know all the decline boxes to check. So we did it. I would much rather book direct with the airlines.
Always find great deals in this app. It is an easy process to book your trip. It gives you manny options in terms of flight hours and airlines. I like that it gives you a visual of the baggage for each flight. Love this app.
I booked a ticket from Bangkok to Koh Samui some time ago and received confirmation of the ticket without any problems. I realised however that I had booked the wrong dates. I contacted my trip to change the dates, paid the €104, and yet the flights have still not been changed. I contacted their customer service again today, was assured that everything was correct, was given a link that didn't work and a booking number that doesn't exist on
I contacted mytrip in July of last year and they told me that they were still waiting for the full refund from TAP (another company I will never use again). I decided to wait, and forgot all about it. I came across the old email last week and decided to try again. Lo and behold mytrip told me that TAP had refunded the ticket, heaven only knows how long they had had the money. Today I received 71 eur as a refund, the ticket cost me 286 eur. I queried why the refund was so low and was told that only the taxes had been reimbursed. I very much doubt this as TAP were offering a full refund for having changed the dates. If you consider mytrip's 40 eur service charge, then TAP only refunded me 111 eur according to mytrip. I will never use them again. They get the refund, then keep your money, have the nerve to add a service charge and do then not refund the full amount.
What a great site. Easy, fast and cuts out all the searching for great deals. I was able to book the trip at the best price and it search all the airlines for me. I put in my departure and my arrival cities, done for me! I will absolutely use again, if you don't mind the layover. I was having a hard time booking my destination for under $400, I paid $195.

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
