Run away. Fast!

They'll keep you running around in circles for a product that doesn't even exist. I don't know how I signed up for a monthly subscription for them to take $20 each month from my account. The print must have been pretty darn small. I've reported them to my bank as fraudulent. Hopefully I'll get my money back soon.

Do not purchase!

Saw an AD for their Vanish Cream for scars.
This website looks legitimate but it's one of those Chinese companies again.
No where on the website does it indicate how many ounces the product was. It should be listed in black and white under the description!
Furthermore it's Made in China, which is not listed in the description either.
Customer Service states that returning the product will take up to a week for them to reach out for the process to begin.
They do have a 100% guarantee on satisfaction, but it takes a while to get the ball rolling.
I have a 0.5 ounce tube of junk for $20 with the discount code. The price went up after my purchase.
It appears they purchase their positive reviews, cause it doesn't work!
Just don't purchase anything from them. Especially for items that go on your skin, avoid anything made in China. They still condone testing on animals and I also don't trust the quality of anything made there.

I placed an order over 6 weeks ago and have not received the item or been given a sip date. The only way to contact customer service is through email and I can't get anyone to respond back. I think this website is a total scam!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE

First off, evidently I was committing to a subscription I never really realized. Second, when I tried to return the second unit of what I'd ordered, I discovered that they don't refund to method of payment without taking $10 (!) from your total. On a $30 item? Unopened? They give you 'store credit' instead. That's unsconscionable in this day and age. A joke. Hope someone reads this before they bother with this idiotic place.

Cannot believe this company. I bought a product one off. I was then charged & debited my credit card recurring payments for something I did not subscribe to. Upon checking my order status both orders are showing unfulfilled. I demanded to cancel them & refund me. I was told to return them & get a refund. How can I when they haven't even been sent. I am a lot of money out of pocket. They certainly don't care about their customers. AVOID THEM

I purchased one cream in November. I did not subscribe to any reoccurring product shipment and they confirmed this. Then in Dec and Jan I was charged twice the amount of the original order for products I never ordered or rechecked. $92 so far. I have sent 5 emails requesting a refund with no response. I have my bank investigating it. Do not order from this company. They are scammers. Even after my emails they are still sending me emails about my next order.

I ordered 3 cat collars, when I went to sign out I pressed wrong button and ended up with 6 more.
When I went to cancel that same day they told me I could not change order.
That was October 30. I was charged on my visa 127.81 Canadian.
I have not received the collars or any news as to why I am not receiving merchandise.
I have emailed many times with no response since November when Alexa Bailey promised to look into this. What is the problem…. I paid with visa and have not received my purchase.
I also have not heard since…. I am a senior and feel scammed out of my hard earned money.
Terrible customer service…. I only have an order number AC******* want a human reply.
Tried to phone and line always busy…. I have two proofs from visa statement.

OOALA IS A SCAM. BEWARE

Same with the other reviews, I purchased a vanish scar cream from online ads. Ooala will put you on subscription without your knowing and will charge your bank account without prompt advise. They claim you have an account with them which they created themselves. It will be too late as you will already receive a shipment email and that they have charged your bank account.

Do not trust them. They will charge your card repeatedly without your authorisation.

I bought some scar cream from Ooala after seeing a facebook ad. A month later, they automatically signed me up for a subscription that I did not want. I wrote to them and said I didn't want the subscription. But they kept my credit card and charged it anyway without my permission. They were intending to charge me for the product every month. The November product never arrived. I have emailed them about 50 times asking them to refund me. Upon doing more research I can see that they have done this to multiple consumers! Sign you up for a "subscription" that you didn't agree to. Charge your card and never send the product.

Very dodgy company. I don't want this happening to anyone else!

They keep you running in circles and will not refund. And I never received the product either.

Scammers!

I have been around and around in circles with this "company". I ordered a calming cat collar in December 2021 and since January I have had countless emails with Ooala asking where my item is. I ended up asking for a refund but they said I could only have one once I received my item... But it hadnt even been shipped!? It's now nearly the end of Feb and they've stopped replying to me. I'm going to have to chase up with my bank for a refund.

Been try to cancel my account since November speak to Alex and Charles to help me cancel future orders of scar product they won't help me.
I don't recommend buying for Ooala has it not easy to cancel and they are not helpful

I order from this site all the time. They always deliver my orders within a few days, and everything comes as described. It's nice that I'm able to sign up for a subscription if I want as well.

Same as other customers, I thought I was buying 4 vanishing creams as a one time purchase, that is why I bought 4, so I was very surprised when I got an email next month saying that my shipment was sent, and the worst part is that I didn't even used the first products because I had allergic reaction to it so I was very disappointed about getting another 4 creams that they charged me for and I had not use for them, apparently they put me on a monthly subscription without me knowing, I emailed them immediately and they have the automatic email response, finally they did approved my return, and they said that the refund was going to take from 5-10 business day; but I am still waiting after 20 day of them receiving the items that I sent back, and they are not responding to my emails, I am going to report them to BBB. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE!
