My experience would suggest 100% SCAM SITE. My account was charged, but the order was never shipped after more than a month. The items still showing as in stock and attempts to contact support lead to run around "thanks for your patience" auto replies. Researching the company now I see they're plagued with BBB complaints and other reviews with the same experience as me.
They claim their products are "100% authentic." What I received was authentically a shirt, in that it had a hole for each arm and a hole in the middle for my head to stick out, but that's about the end of the authencity. It was a brand name product, but was a counterfeit made from cheap fabric, with poor stiching. I doubt it will survive more than a couple washings. Also, it looks so ridiculously fake that I wouldn't wear it anyplace anyway. I'm now the proud owner of an IZOD paint rag.
Purchased multiple items from Proozy. Their web sight says 3-5 business days for shipping. Problem here is it's been 7 days thus far and nothing of my order has been shipped yet. 30 day return policy should be a little longer especially around the holidays. If you order early to make sure you receive gifts on time you run into a problem with returning the item. Won't be buying from them again!
I ordered two XL NortFace pullovers. I should have known it was too good to be true. I received two XS pullovers. They are clearly NOT Northface quality. I've e-mailed several times, with cutt, unhelpful responses. Most recently, I was directed to a return center, with a link that is not live. I will never order from Proozy again. I bought a coat from Proozy. It was advertised as a super sale. I ordered in October.
After much back n forth, for 2 plus months, proozy ordered the coat from Amazon. I of course looked at the coat on Amazon, to find out the price I paid was the actual cost of the coat, all the time, on Amazon!

I would not recommend this company. Wha I ordered was poor quality. I think they are copycats of other companies ie. The Northface. And trying to return is almost impossible…in my case anyway. I returned something and it was forwarded back to me and have no replies to email nor will anyone answer the phone. Not sure if they are a worthy company!
I ordered 2 sweatshirts on November 1,2023. They were intended to be given as a birthday gift on December 6, but as the first of December rolled around, I realized that I had heard NOTHING from the seller in regard to shipping or order status. I reached out for an update and, like some of the other reviewers here, was fed a long sob story about 'unprecedented order volume' and 'moving warehouses' etc. with no specific update for my actual order. They gave me a discount code (ha!) for a future order. I replied many days later with another request, and received another generic response. I finally demanded that my order be cancelled and refunded (because they had withdrawn the funds THE DAY AFTER I placed my order, instead of when the order ships, like most trustworthy businesses). A few hours later I suddenly learn that one of the sweatshirts has shipped and they can't offer me a full refund because the order was already in process. This felt like a really strange coincidence that as soon as I asked for a refund that one of my items shipped. I am supposedly receiving one sweatshirt tomorrow, but we'll see. Overall, a horrible experience. I had never heard of Proozy before, but because of Brad's Deals (website that finds and shares online shopping deals) I took a chance. They should carefully evaluate what businesses they promote. Buyer beware.
Ordered during black Friday and ordered stayed stuck at confirmed for weeks. I tried emailing their customer service and never received a response. Last week, I got an email that the order was shipped. Then it was returned a day later as undeliverable. So weird since I double checked the address and its mine and complete and we just have a regular street address. There's nothing special or complicated about it.

Yesterday (a week later) they issued a refund, but I would much rather have had my order or at least some communication from them. I would caution against ordering from this company as they seem to be either fraudulent or scamming the public. A simple response from an actual representative from the company would go a long way in lessening frustration and would be appreciated.
