She was terrible! I had to tell her 4 different times our address as we live in the rural area & have no street or house number. We just have a PO Box #! She kept saying that isn't an address & nothing is coming up on her screen! My thoughts she couldn't get the postal code right! Educate/train your employees!

The agent that I dealt with at reservation counter is a liar. He did not tell me he worked for a third party booking company even though I asked him several times. He lied to Secure a fee. I asked him was he affiliated with the IHG or the Holiday Inn hotel I was making a reservation at. He said yes. HE IS NOT! He works for Reservation Counter, a third party booking agency that charged me a fee to booked the room. I could have made my reservation through IHG for free. He's a liar. Just for a fee. DO NOT USE RESERVATION COUNTER.

I had spoken on the phone with an associate from legends casino hotel and Jorge Alexis was the most patient person I've dealt with on the phone. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get a room there but he referred me to close and convenient hotels nearby. Over a couple times I've made a mistake over the phone, he was helpful and very patient with me and followed through to finish my transaction. Very sweet and respectful. 10/10

I just had a wonderful experience booking my hotel room with a very experienced team member. His name is Agustin, from the Wyndham "family " I say family because I felt at ease with every single aspect of my experience booking my room, making sure it's the right address that I was going to, every detail was clear with him. Agustin is very professional in his mannerisms and spoke clearly, was patient if I asked him to repeat something for me so I fully understood, being a senior citizen, and love to travel, it's good to know that there are people like Agustin who will always do his best for everyone he gets to speak to. Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.
Answer: Impossible to get money back. They're just scumbags!
Answer: Yes, this company charges a fee, which it will not refund even if you cancel your reservation within minutes!

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.
