I wanted to try at home IPL. I ordered from rose skin co. My order was delivered to wrong location. I was very disappointed as it was couriers mistake. I emailed customer services from rose skin n co. They were absolutely so helpful and sent me a new one which has arrived.their response was super quick I cannot wait to use it! So excited to use my product and see how it goes. Thank you again

Cause my product got lost with no fault of them hahah my USPS fault but I contacted the owners roseskin telling them my product hasnt arrived to me but was delivered to a wrong address they were so professional and worked with me even offering to replace it for me which I felt so bad for it. But lucky it showed up after few days which I was so happy about. Excellent customer satisfaction. Thank you guys on that! And I cant comment on the product yet cause I recently just got it in couple weeks I will give update on it. If you want to purchase from them go ahead you in good hands I can promise you that!

Hi Roseskin, I received my package on Monday and will enjoy putting the products to the test tonight after work.

The only issue I had when ordering was that it said these additional items would be free while stocks last.

When I added them, they were not free and charged additionally. I tried to delete them as I only needed the device, but it wouldn't allow me to, so I decided I wanted the device I'll just take it all.

My dutch credit card was rejected, which is often a sign of bad website protection...
They've asked me for a review although I've only used it for 3 weeks: no results whatsoever but I am not there yet to judge. Patience :) important warning they should give is to TEST the different intensity levels with a small area instead of "put it as high as you can tolerate": that was just terrible advice, because I noticed a leg full of burns after I finished and the next day. I'm still peeling off burn spots …

Extremely good, easy website design and up-to-date tracking management on parcels. I thought I'd wait months for a package but was pleasantly surprised after 3 weeks to get my order, and in great condition!

Delivery was as expected and response from customer service was fast. I don't think I can provide a review of the results yet as I haven't used it long enough but so far super easy to use and although there is some slight stinging it's not too bad.

I have recently purchased the laser hair removal handheld set. First of all, it came within a couple weeks which was pretty fast, considering the current pandemic. Only used it once quickly before work today, so have not seen results yet- but it's definitely super easy to use right off the bat and the device is very reasonably priced. I used to spend 150 a pop to do my whole face at a laser hair removal clinic. Hopefully I now start seeing results!

Got this device a month ago. It's been three weeks so I raised the power to four levels and it burned my entire leg. While it stung when I was using the device, I thought that was to be expected, but when the skin started burning a couple of minutes later, I switched down the power levels for the rest of my leg but the damage was already done. My leg is full of burn marks right now.

I just received it today and read all of the instructions. Tomorrow I will be gone my first treatment. I bought this for my husband as a birthday gift. I've had IPL laser treatments done at a local dermatologists clinic. I had fabulous regulars after only two visits and it very expensive.
I thought I'd give this a go for my husbands back hair, and other hairy places that he would like less hair. I'm hopeful it will work.

Delivery was fast even though I'm In Brazil. They were very nice throughout the delivery process also and and attentive! Also everything was super informative and easy to track too. I'm shopping internationally so it makes me insecure overall but definitely would buy with them again! Product received and it's beautiful! Really happy to try it :)

I ordered a product a month ago to the day. It has still not delivered and now company is ghosting all e-mail enquiries. I am now searching for this myself (per the one reply I did receive they advised me to check on their shipment) and, quite honestly, I do not think it will ever show up. So that is more work trying to get a refund for a stupid face cleanser. Had I known the origin of this company I would have never purchased any product from them. They go to great lengths to disguise. And I do not have the actual product so I cannot send a pic or a proof of purchase. I assure you- this review is legitimate.

I'm on week 3 and been using it 2-3 times a week and still no results…. So we'll see remaining hopeful but lots of reviews with people saying they saw results within the first few weeks I definitely haven't seen any change. And I'm hair with dark hair? So supposedly the ideal customer?
