Bought a utv in 2021 That was great until it wasn't. Now I can't find parts for it. Every time I would call, email, anything they were rude, condescending and NO HELP at all. THIS IS A SCAM! BUYER BEWARE! NO ONE HAS PARTS!

We placed our order (3200.00) the day of the scheduled delivery Bob called to state that the trucking company would not deliver and offered that my husband and I drive an hour to pick up our 900 pound sauna. We told him we could not do it. He said he would call back with an update, we called several hours later to get an update and he was so hateful. He was very rude to my husband, I called back and told him if he could not deliver then I guess he would have to cancel. He yelled at me. They did not credit me for full amount, when I called back to inquire, he called my a liar and hung up on me. I have never been treated so poorly. Adult communictation would have gone a long way to resolve this situation; but he is a hot head and very unprofessional. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company at all.

This company did an amazingly great job. They delivered the forklift within 12 days. The customer service was friendly and made contact with us until the delivery. It was an easy and smooth process, I cannot thank them enough.

I own a little storage place for my business and since there are lots of heavy baggage that needs to be transferred without damage I had to buy a forklift to do it all safely. And this company was fantastic! I really have no idea how to buy a great and all in good condition product but thanks to Saferwholesale for being such a great partner. Thank you! Great buy!

It took only two weeks before the sauna that I ordered was delivered and installed. Saferwholesale was very good at communicating with its customers while making sure that we are fully aware of the pricing that we needed to pay and the delivery date that we should expect. Everyone was friendly and awesome. Thumbs up for that.

I was looking for a shop to buy a new forklift. And since the shop near us that sells such was out of our budget so I had to look for another store to buy. Upon scrolling the internet, I found Saferwholesale, and from then on, everything was history. Delivery and service-wise, everything is customer centered. The forklift was a huge help.

My first purchase was not the great but they make up for it when I ordered the forklift. It was definitely a great buy since it was in excellent condition and was delivered within a week. Right now, I highly recommend this company

I purchased two atvs with them only making it where i couldl borrow 2300 dollars and now because they say i missed a payment i am now in debt with them by 4300 dollars asked could i return the item due to neither one running after a couple of days of use for one of them and a day of use for the other one. They have poor customer service so yeah i gave them a 1 should be a 0000 all the way. Do not buy anything from them.

Checked out a bunch of saunas on the website saferwholesale.com and then went to their warehouse. The warehouse had a few models on display and it gave me a great idea of what the quality is. I decided to get the 2 person solo sauna since it fit my room size perfectly. The proce was much lower than anyone else, so I figured I would give them a shot. I was happy in the end.

Like others, I regret not reading reviews before ordering. You kind of can tell from the very first interaction with them that it's not going to be a straight forward purchase. E.g. When you have to negotiate the shipping charges, which are not available when you order. Then if you need call customer service, they are really rude. I should have followed my gut with them. Just by looking at their website and their pushy sales strategy, you can tell there is something fishy; but I'm just one customer, so don't only take my word for it. A simple google search will save you from a bad experience and potentially losing some money.

Beware if you order from this company. They will not honor warranty. I ordered a crossfire 200 golf cart/utility vehicle from this company which was damaged during shipment. They were suppose to call before it was delivered only to come home and find it sitting in my driveway damaged without a call. Contacted them originally about the damage and they said no problem to just send in a warranty claim and they would take care of it. 2 weeks later after no call I contact them to inquire about the claim and they refuse to honor the damage claim. Roof, rims and front hood damaged from fork lifting. Buyer beware of this company. They do not stand by their product and shipment. If I would of been home I would have definitely not took delivery of this product the way it was damaged. Most likely why they never contacted me before delivery.

Alex is so rude! Hung up on me. Ordered 2 hoverboards from Bob in the phone... hoverboards arrived wrong colors, 2 different models, no free carrying bag that was promised. One had a remote, other one didn't. Waiting to see how their customer service department will deal with this issue.
