I was promised a refund but still have not received it, when trying to contact them I kept getting bounce-back emails saying their inboxes were full. This is a terrible customer experience what kind of 2-bit operation are they running?

I spent nearly 8 hours trying to get access onto the phone two of those hours I had the actual phone. I spent 1 hour with their customer service eventually I just said screw it and tried a different company which literally took me around 11 minutes to download and get everything straight. I only had the service 33 hours contacted them to cancel and refund the money we'll get this they don't refund anything unless it's their program that is not working properly. So if you buy one year membership you are toast If you buy anything you are toast because they're going to always say that their program is working properly. The customer service agent that I spent an hour communicating back and forth with via text because they don't have actual live support that you can talk to had to have been a foreigner with no experience because I had to ask him the same thing three to four times. And the only thing that you can get access to without having the actual phone is their location. You will have to have either the phone or the password and login info and send them a 2FA code which then you need to get from them to put it into the system. Trust me what I say this Go elsewhere I also use bark and they only charged me $1 for 3 days and it was super easy to cancel no problems I ended up going with a great company that has actual live customer service that you can talk to on the phone
I will not deny that it is the best Mobile Phone Tracker for android phones. I was able to set everything up quickly and they gave me 2 more weeks because I bought a subscription for a month. Good enough

Customer service does a great job, correct, always ready to help with ambiguities and they are quite fast, realistically every application that is in development and improvement has its advantages and disadvantages, but over time this application will get better and better, all recommendations!
After using it a few times it became very easy to use and if I do have any problems, customer support are always available, responding quickly with all the help or information you need.
I can view everything I need to, including location, messages and social media apps.
It's the best what's app tracker and it's exactly what I need to keep my kids safe.

Amazing app with great customer service! Alexa and some other assistants have been amazing help when I have any questions. Quick responses & super nice! The app itself is literally a life saver too. I paid for a year's worth and was worth every penny. Recommend to anyone for sure!
If you want real time monitoring this app is not the one for you. You can get updates every 24 hours which is way too late to stop anything that is happening. You need access to phone all the time so you can download backup and then message customer service with screen shot so you can get a code sent to phone. 10-15 mins every time. I asked for refund in less than 24 hours and they will not comply.
This app does not work. All the reviews are fake. The company is fake. Once you download it and realize that the locations don't work and you try and contact their support, they'll drag you on for weeks on end and if you actually try and get your money back, good luck. I'll just embarrass you. Make fun of you and joke about it and you'll never get any money back. I can't believe in this day and age that they're still companies like this. I'm pretty sure this one won't last very much longer.
When the app is working correctly it's fine. That's WHEN. This is few and far between. I've had this service for a little over a month, in that time, I've had to instruct the target phone user to go through a series of steps to get the app working MANY times. They arent fond of that by the way. I'd say there is absolutely no way to monitor remotely unless you have constant access to the phone to fix issues and would love to waste a ton of time fixing something that you paid decent money for. One gem you'll find if you pay for this app is that a least a few of the tech support people are total jerks, and I mean bad. Insults, rude comments, its really unbelievable. Just today I had an interaction with one of them identified as Timothy Johanson. I just decided my day would be better if I could use the service at all rather than talk to total life sucking people like this. Go with anyone else but this service. It's a really terrible company
I was going to try this for one month. I never used the product because it needed the device in hand to use. So I never used it but then they turned on automatic renewal amd changed my account for another month and won't refund me. They are scammers.
I looked past the fact that it wasn't updated when it should assuming that was why location times were off, but then target began complaining about phone glitches to the point he got rid of the phone, claiming he lost it, convinced it was compromised. Kids are more savvy's than us. They can't be tricked so easily. So only got to use it for a month or two. That $ is down the drain and also for a new phone. They insist their app doesn't cause glitches, but now I see others had the same experience. Of course no refund n after reading these are worried they'd even attempt to charge me at the renewal date despite my clear dissatisfaction and inability to continue use, but hopefully I can get my card off unlike the other person.
The VPN installed on the target device kept toggling on/off. This prevented the target device from accessing the cell network. It was IMMEDIATELY known that something was done to the phone. TERRIBLE PRODUCT!
They only gave a partial return even though the product NEVER WORKED, I got ZERO benefit from it, and it literally EXPOSED the whole process!
The product simply doesn't work for iPhone. I followed all the instructions given by cust service and it didn't work. So they agreed to give me a 60% refund and continue the service for the remaining time. However, they shut down the service after giving me the partial refund. So I contacted them stating that this was not what we agreed to. They reactivated my account but now nothing works. No data is downloaded except browser bookmarks. Horrible company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
The app is such a mess it creates so much trouble once installed on the target phone. Random pop ups on the target phone unnecessarily. Customer service is so pathetic, they keep saying the same thing over and over again and they never want to refund because they already know it's a faulty app.

Tried setting this up on my daughter's phone due to technical teen difficulty. After numerous attempts at getting this to work, I contacted customer "support", who is less than helpful. They will take your money fast and then blow you off, blaming their inability to provide the service you paid for on you. Avoid this company AT ALL COSTS.
